(I'm not sure how I ever missed this either, some amazing Mofo mentioned it was brilliant so I had to watch it)
I tried to do it and shook the hell out of it, but only half of the cloves unpeeled! Maybe it only works for those really papery heads that are already sort of loose.
hmmm not sure, did you use two metal bowls?
It's great! I tried it yesterday with two small ceramic bowls and it worked perfectly.
Are you kidding me?! I feel like my life has been robbed of time for not knowing this sooner.
I remain dubious but I will try it and report back!
